Manuscript processing and AI features
LoreVia processes manuscripts, notes, and related workspace content using our systems and trusted AI models to provide analysis, organization, and drafting features.
- Manuscripts are processed only to deliver the functionality you request
- We do not use your manuscripts to train public AI models
- Outputs and derived metadata such as embeddings may be stored to support requested product features
- Private manuscripts are not public books unless you explicitly publish them
- You can request deletion of manuscripts and related outputs
Public books versus private workspaces
LoreVia separates private author workspaces from public books. Uploading a manuscript does not by itself make it public.
If you choose to publish a public book, that book may be displayed to other users, indexed, and linked from public LoreVia pages while it remains published and in good standing.
- Private manuscripts remain accessible only through authenticated product workflows and authorized sharing features
- Public-domain demo books may be surfaced by LoreVia for onboarding, search, and showcase purposes
- Public books may be hidden, removed, or restricted if they are reported or violate policy
Cookies, analytics, and website preferences
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and help us understand usage.

Sharing, vendors, and subprocessors

Retention and deletion

- Manuscripts, notes, and outputs are retained until you delete them or request deletion
- Public books may remain visible until unpublished, removed, or deleted
- You can contact LoreVia to request deletion of account data or public content
- After deletion, data is removed from active systems within 30 days and backups within 90 days
Security boundaries and sensitive data
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
